The  Advisory Board insures that M&E stays connected with the needs and trends of the markets. Its members are involved with M&E on a nearly weekly basis.

Dr. William Cox, CEO, M&E S.A.

Cox is co-founder of M&E and previously ran Cox Communications Consultants GmbH in Germany , a marketing firm which served most large European auto producers and many of Europe´s most reputed business schools. Before then, he was Managing Director of Hill & Knowlton Switzerland and a senior consultant at Burson-Marsteller in Frankfurt, New York and Hamburg. He is author of six books published by McGraw-Hill NY, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung Verlag and Gestion2000, in addition to hundreds of professional articles on management topics. He received his PhD from the London School of Economics, a postgraduate Diploma in Finance from the University of Oxford, MA/BA degrees from Boston University and an executive certificate from the Harvard Kennedy School/HIID. He also spent scholarship years at Georgetown University and the University of Freiburg.

Stuart Allen

Stuart M. Allen serves as Chief Executive Officer of LatinFinance, based in Miami. Mr. Allen joined LatinFinance in 2002 from Euromoney Institutional Investor, where he headed that its global book publishing business for several years. He served as President of Gardiner Allen DeRoberts Insurance LLC, an insurance agency. Mr. Allen has been a Trustee of The Quantex Fund since 2006. He serves as Trustee of Flex-funds Trust - Socially Responsible Utilities Fund. Mr. Allen serves as a Director of World Education & Development Fund, Inc. Mr. Allen worked for Santander Investment in Madrid and translated and published Chinese law books in Hong Kong. Mr. Allen was a Knowles Memorial Scholar and received his BSC (Econ) from the London School of Economics.

Dr. Albert Li

Albert Li is the Director of The Good Investment Inc., a social venture fund that invests in social ventures and microfinance institutions (MFIs) around the world. Its main social objective is to provide essential financial services to those living in extreme poverty, and one day to eradicate poverty for good. In addition to direct investment in social ventures, it is also a full-service and value-adding firm that conducts deal sourcing, on-site due diligence, project consultancy and social impact measurement. Albert is a committee member of One For All Charity Foundation Ltd., a Hong Kong-registered nonprofit that focuses on social advocacy and social enterprise investments. He is also the founder and Chairman of First Asia Finance Group Limited. Mathew Garver, President, M&E Global Inc.

Mathew Garver is the President of M&E Global, Inc. as well as executive with Liberty Street Capital, a socially responsible investment firm.  Mr. Garver has deep experience in corporate governance and global private equity investments, in infrastructure, energy and operating service companies.  Mr. Garver previously served on a Global Steering Committee for world largest law firm focused on international private equity transactions.  Mr. Garver serves as an executive in numerous operating companies and directorship for several boards.  He is a graduate of Michigan State University, Saïd Business School at Oxford University and served as a Fellow at Harvard University focused on international economics.  He is the author of numerous articles on economics, governance and finance.

Patrick Rozario

Patrick Rozario is a director in the global accounting and advisory firm Moore Stephens in Hong Kong. Patrick has over 25 years of experience working for large international accounting firms and in the commercial sector. Patrick has many years of experience working in the area of risk consulting. Patrick managed various internal audits, corporate governance, Sarbanes-Oxley, internal control, information technology risk assurance advisory engagements for clients across different industries including manufacturing, telecommunication, government, insurance and banking in Hong Kong and China. Patrick also worked in the commercial sector. He was the project manager of a number of large scale business process re-engineering and information systems implementation projects in the Asia-Pacific Region and in North America. Patrick is a Fellow of Certified Public Accountants (Australia). He was a graduate of Queen's University in Canada and has been a Certified Information System Auditor since 1993 and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
